Sky Sports and BT Sport have announced their live matches for the new season of Premier League football.
BT are a newcomer to the live broadcasting of Premier League football and their new deal will see them cover 38 matches per season for each of the next three seasons. Sky will cover 116, meaning that there will be more football than ever on TV and more football on at the pub!
Whilst Sky continue to impress with their comprehensive line-up, BT naturally offer an avenue for pubs and bars to venture into showing some live football at a cheaper rate.
All of BT’s live matches will kick-off at 12.45pm on Saturday’s whereas Sky will takeover the slot that was previously held by ESPN at 5.30pm on Saturday’s as well as their familiar 1.30pm and 4pm kick-offs on Sunday. Sky will also show Monday night football with matches kicking off at 8pm.
